BARBECUE PORK | |
1/2 c. diced celery 1/2 c. onion 2 c. chopped cooked pork 1/2 c. catsup 1 tsp. chili powder Salt to taste 8 sandwich buns Cook celery and onion in 1/2 cup water in saucepan until tender. Remove from heat. Add pork, catsup and chili powder; simmer for 10 minutes. Salt to taste. Serve on sandwich buns. Garnish with olives on toothpicks. |
