NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST | |
3 c. flour 1 c. lard or 1 1/4 c. shortening 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vinegar 1 egg 5 1/2 tbsp. water Blend flour and lard and salt, then beat in another bowl vinegar and egg and water. Add to first mixture. This recipe makes 4 single pie crusts. Keeps well. Can be frozen. |
