QUICHE LORRAINE 
33 crushed soda crackers
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked, crumbled
1/3 c. onions
1 c. fresh mushrooms
1 c. cream
1 c. shredded cheese - Gonda, Cheddar, sharp - your choice - a blend is nice
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt

Mix crackers and butter and press into quiche pan to form crust. Saute onions and mushrooms; drain. Add bacon.

Beat eggs and seasonings. Heat cream in microwave and blend into egg mixture. Layer sauteed vegetables, bacon, cheese on crust. Pour egg and cream mixture over top. Microwave 30-35 minutes on 80% power. Turn every 10 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
