SPINACH SUPREME 
2 pkgs. chopped spinach
1 tsp. instant onion (add to spinach while cooking)

Drain, sprinkle with juice of 1/2 lemon. Add 1/2 carton of sour cream and bit of horseradish (do not allow mixture to get soupy). Place in mounds; salt and pepper, sprinkle with sharp cheese and bacon crumbles. Place under broiler to heat.
