SPINACH BALLS 
2 boxes chopped frozen spinach, cooked & drained
2 c. Pepperidge Farm filling
2 lg. onions, chopped
6 well beaten eggs
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. pepper

Mix together all ingredients. Shape into balls and bake on a cookie sheet for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
