HERB POT ROAST 
2-4 lb. bottom round roast
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. red wine
1/2 c. water
1 c. chopped onion
2 stalks celery (chopped)
1/2 clove garlic (minced)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. oregano
3/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Brown roast in 2 tbsp. butter. Place in crock pot with other ingredients and cook on high 5-7 hours.

GRAVY:

Cream: 2 tbsp. flour

Slowly add 2 cups strained liquid from roast to creamed mixture.
