HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
2 lbs. plain chicken cutlets or chicken tenders
1 lg. can pineapple chunks
1 lg. can peaches
1 bottle barbecue sauce (tangy)
2 jars apricot preserves

Cook chicken; break into bite-size pieces. Place chicken in baking dish or pan; add pineapple and peaches (drain juices first). Add barbecue sauce; add apricot preserves. Mix everything well. Bake at 350 degrees until mixture boils.
