SHRIMP PRIMAVERA 
1 lb. fettuccine, cooked
1/2 c. olive oil
1 stick butter
3 to 4 cloves garlic
Bunch of chopped fresh parsley

Saute parsley in olive oil and butter. Add garlic, 1 1/2 red peppers and 1 green pepper that has been cut in pieces. Saute for 1 minute. Add 1 pound raw, shelled shrimp and cook about 3 minutes. Once shrimp is cooked, add pasta and serve.
