CAMI'S PEANUT BRITTLE 
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup corn syrup (Karo)
1/2 cup water
1 bag raw peanuts (2 cups)
1 tsp. baking soda

In a saucepan, cook sugar, syrup, and water to soft ball stage (240°F on candy thermometer). Add peanuts and cook until peanuts start to brown (be careful not to burn the peanuts). Add baking soda and stir.

Pour in greased pan and allow to cool. Once cooled, snap apart, and enjoy!

Cooks Note: Use of a candy thermometer is recommended.
