PINEAPPLE - CHEESE SALAD 
1 #2 1/2 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 can evaporated milk, lg. can
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. chopped walnuts
Few drops green food coloring

Boil pineapple and sugar together for 5 minutes. Remove from stove and add dry Jello and food coloring. Cool. Whip evaporated milk. Soften cream cheese. Add to milk. Beat together until well blended. Fold in pineapple and nuts. Place in refrigerator and chill. This can be made day before serving.
