SHAWN'S SPECIAL CORNBREAD 
2/3 c. stoned ground corn meal
1/3 c. stoned ground grits
1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. buttermilk
2-3 tbsp. bacon grease

Mix all together. Put in hot greased skillet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
