1 (6 1/2 oz.) can water packed tuna
1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1/8 c. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. minced onion
2 tsp. lemon juice
Dash white pepper
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Thoroughly drain tuna and flake with fork. Combine all ingredients except tuna and mix until blended. Add tuna and mix well. Serve on toast, crackers, or raw vegetables.
