GRANDMA'S POTATO SOUP 
4 lg. diced potatoes
1 1/2 c. onion
2 c. celery (or 1 tsp. celery flakes
1 tbsp. salt
Black pepper
1/2 stick butter
1 pt. milk (add more, if desired)
1/2 c. instant potatoes

Combine potatoes, onion, celery, salt, pepper in pot. Cover with water. Cook until tender. Add milk and butter. Bring to boiling point. Add instant potatoes to thicken soup. Reduce heat. Add more instant potatoes, if you like soup thicker.
