TUNA CHOW MEIN CASSEROLE 
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. butter
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
1 1/2 c. Chinese noodles (reserve 1/4 c.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. water
1/8 tsp. pepper

In large skillet, brown onions, peppers and celery, until tender. Stir in tuna, liquid and remaining ingredients. Pour into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle reserved Chinese noodles over top. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
