RHUBARB PIE | |
2 c. rhubarb, diced 3 egg yolks, beaten 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. sweet cream 1 1/4 c. sugar 3 tbsp. flour Pour above mixture over rhubarb and into a pie shell. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees and 30 minutes more at 325 degrees. Beat 3 egg whites and 6 tablespoons sugar for meringue. Alexandria |
