GARY'S WORLD FAMOUS CHICKEN
SALAD
 
3 chicken breasts
1 1/2 heads lettuce
2 pkg. slivered almonds
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1 pkg. maifun
6 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Accent
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. vinegar
1/8 c. oil
1 lemon (juice)
Dash ginger

Cook chicken (in foil for 1 hour at 350 degrees). Shred into small strips. Mix sugar, salt, Accent, pepper, vinegar, oil, lemon juice and ginger. Heat 1/2 cup oil in large fry pan; drop small quantities of maifun in oil and remove as soon as it puffs up. Mix maifun, dressing and all other items and toss and serve immediately.
