CRACKLIN' CORN BREAD 
1 c. diced cracklins
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour milk

Mix and sift together the dry ingredients. Add milk, stir in cracklins. Pour into greased baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
