SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. browned sausage
10 to 12 eggs
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Croutons

Mix all ingredients except croutons (may be stored covered in refrigerator at this point overnight). Pour into 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with croutons. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Let set 15 minutes before serving. Serves 6. May add chopped onion, green pepper, ham or mushrooms.
