1 pizza dough
1 med. onion, sliced thin
1 green pepper, diced
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
5-6 sweet sausage links

Saute onions, peppers and crumble sausage. Cook and drain well. Spread pizza dough onto an oblong cookie sheet. Spread sausage, peppers and onion. Top with cheese and fold over. Brush with oil and bake at 350 degrees until golden.
