2 c. self-rising flour 1/4 c. shortening 3/4 c. buttermilk Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut shortening into flour. When well blended add in buttermilk. Spread flour onto cutting board. Roll out dough and cut out biscuits. Place in buttered pie pan. Place in oven for 8-10 minutes. |
