HOMEMADE BISCUITS 
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. buttermilk or sweet milk
2 tbsp. cooking oil

Mix together real good. Pour out on floured board or paper. Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter. Cook on 500 degrees until brown. Be sure they are brown on top and bottom.
