FROZEN COCKTAIL SALAD 
1 can fruit cocktail
6 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. grated lemon peel
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
2 tbsp. powdered sugar

Drain fruit cocktail. Soften cream cheese and blend with mayonnaise and lemon peel. Stir in fruit cocktail and marshmallows.

Whip the heavy cream, gradually adding the sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the fruit mixture. Pour into a loaf pan lined with waxed paper. Freeze until firm.

Unmold by dipping into hot water for 10 seconds.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.
