SOY - SESAME VEGETABLES 
1/3 c. lite soy sauce
3 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 carrot, cut in half lengthwise, then diagonally sliced
1 head Chinese cabbage, cut into 1 inch slices
1/2 head bok choy (3/4 lb.), cut into thin slices
1/2 bunches radishes, sliced
1 tbsp. sesame seeds

In bowl, beat soy sauce, vinegar, oil and sugar. Add Chinese cabbage, bok choy, carrots and radishes. Toss to coat well. Chill covered one hour. Serve with sesame seed on top. 6 servings. 95 calories. No cholesterol.
