HONEY WHOLE WHEAT BREAD
3 c. water
1/2 c. honey
1 pkg. dry yeast
3 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. non fat dry milk
1 tbsp. salt
4 - 4 1/2 c. white flour
2 tbsp. cooking oil

Heat water and honey in saucepan until lukewarm and honey melts. Sprinkle yeast on it and allow it to dissolve and begin to bubble, about 15 minutes. If it doesn't bubble, start again. Stir in remaining ingredients except white flour. Beat well then stir in white flour, one cup at a time to make a soft dough. Knead on a floured surface about 5 minutes. Let rise in a greased bowl until doubled in bulk. Punch down. Shape into loaves and let rise in 2 (9"x5") greased loaf pans. When almost doubled in bulk, bake in 375 degree oven for 40 minutes or until loaves sound hollow when tapped. Remove from pans immediately and cool on wire rack before slicing.
