DAVID'S SPARERIB MARINADE | |
8 lbs. spareribs 3/4 c. light soy sauce 3/4 c. Cha Sui sauce 3/4 c. Hoisen sauce 3/4 c. pineapple juice 8 diced cloves garlic 9 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. ketchup 2 tbsp. white vinegar Mix all ingredients in bowl. Place ribs in pan(s). Pour marinade over ribs. Cover pan(s) tightly with tin foil. Marinate overnight. When barbecuing ribs, baste occasionally. |
