DAVID'S WALNUT STUFFED CHICKEN
BREAST
 
2 c. fresh toasted bread crumbs
4 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
4 boneless chicken breast
2 tsp. parsley flakes
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Combine crumbs, half the butter, onion, celery, parsley, walnuts and pepper to taste. Moisten chicken breasts. Use a cookie sheet lined with thick foil. Make 4 mounds of the dressing. Brush all of chicken with lemon juice. Place an open chicken breast over each mound of stuffing. Spoon remaining butter over breasts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
