SAUSAGE EGG CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. oregano
6 slices bread
8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. milk

Brown sausage; cut bread in cubes. Beat eggs and put everything together in a big bowl and mix well. Grease an oblong Pyrex dish and put mixture in. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Next morning, remove foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Center will be firm when done. Good with home fries on the side.
