VINEGAR PIE 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cornmeal
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. vinegar (cider)
1 unbaked pie shell

Slightly beat eggs, add sugar in thirds. Beat only to combine well. Add cornmeal and stir. Add cooled butter, stir. Add vanilla extract and vinegar. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not open oven door until bake time is complete.
