2 1/2 apples, washed, cored and quartered Place in a saucepan and partly cover with water. Simmer until tender. Blend apples, skin and all in food processor until smooth. Add sugar or honey to taste. For variation spice up with cinnamon, vanilla extract, or pineapple chunks. This can be frozen in paper cups with popsicle sticks. |
