ORANGE TANGELO SPREAD 
Good on ice cream, toast, pancakes, and biscuits!

1 fresh orange, peeled, sliced and chopped to desired coarseness
1 fresh tangelo, peeled, sliced and chopped to desired coarseness
1 cup white sugar
2 cups water
1/4 cup lemon juice

Put the above ingredients into a pan and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally. Once boiling reduce the heat and continue to cook until the pulp is separated from the rind. Let the mixture cool. May be put through a food processor to smooth out the mixture if so desired.

Note: Although there is sugar in the recipe, the mixture is not sweet. For a sweeter taste increase the sugar to satisfy your taste buds.
