SQUIRREL AND GRAVY 
1 squirrel, cut up
2 tbsp. flour
Dash of pepper
Water
1/8 tsp. salt

Place squirrel in a 1 1/2 quart cooker. Cover with water; cook over low heat for 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Remove squirrel; drain all but 2 tablespoons dripping. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Add 1 cup water or milk. Place squirrel in gravy and heat. Serves 8.
