EASY QUICHE 
1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell
1/2 lb. sausage, or ground beef
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
4-5 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
1/3 c. chopped onion
Dash of pepper

Brown meat. Drain and set aside. Blend next 4 ingredients until smooth. Stir in meat, cheese, onion, and pepper. Turn into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
