HALF PENNY SNACKS 
1/2 c. butter, room temperature
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, coarse ground
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 or 1 3/8 oz. pack dried onion soup mix

Beat butter and cheese creamy. Add flour, salt, and onion soup mix. Roll dough in 2 inch circle. Wrap in wax paper. Chill. Bake at 375 degrees. 1/4 inch thick. 10-15 minutes.
