VICHYSSOISE SOUP | |
Empty contents of 1 package either Lipton's potato soup or Knorr's cream of leek soup into pot. Gradually add 2 cups water. Continue to stir until mixture comes to a boil. Add 1 cup milk. Heat over medium fire, but do not boil. Strain contents. Chill soup for 6-8 hours. To serve, allow 1 inch of light cream at top of each cup. Garnish with chives. Add dash of Worcestershire sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 4. |
