EASY TACO DINNER 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion (chopped about 1 c.)
1 envelope (about 1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix
1 c. water
1 pkg. (12 oz.) tortilla chips
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 can (2 1/4 oz.) sliced ripe olives, drained
1 c. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese (about 4 oz.)
2/3 c. dairy sour cream

Cook and stir ground beef and onion in 10 inch skillet until beef is light brown; drain. Stir in seasoning mix and water. Heat to boiling.

Reduce heat. Simmer uncovered stirring occasionally 10 minute. Spoon beef mixture onto chips. Top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, olives, cheese and sour cream. Makes 6 servings.
