CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
3/4 head lettuce, sliced
1/2 c. bean sprouts
10 slices bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
4 chicken breasts, cooked, cut in chunks

Combine fresh vegetables and chicken.

Dressing:

1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. honey
1 tbsp. catsup 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Blend dressing ingredients together and chill at least 1 hour. To serve, pour over salad and toss lightly.
