SUMMER SALAD 
8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. diced cucumber
1 sm. box lemon Jello
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. minced onion
3 hard-boiled eggs, cut fine

Mix celery, cucumber, onion, salt to taste. Add eggs. Mix mayonnaise with cheese and add to the above. Dissolve Jello in 1/2 cup boiling water. When Jello cools, add to the above. Pour in molds and set.
