CRAB CAKE | |
1/2 lb. crabmeat 1/2 bell pepper, chopped 1/2 onion, chopped 1 box Stove Top stuffing 2 sticks butter 2 sticks celery, chopped 1/3 c. milk 1/2 tbsp. salt 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 tbsp. black pepper 1/4 c. lemon juice 4 eggs Mix crabmeat, stuffing, bell pepper, celery, 2 boiled eggs, onion, 1 stick melted butter, 2 eggs, black pepper and salt in a mixing bowl. Take 1 stick of butter, place in a saucepan and melt; add milk and flour. Stir until it is well mixed. Place in bowl and mix in lemon juice; mix well. Place in cake pan and bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from oven. Let cool for 5 minutes. Cut and eat. |
