RED KIDNEY BEANS 
1/2 lb. red beans
1 slice ham, diced
3 stalks celery
1/2 bell pepper
1 yellow onion
2 cloves garlic
2 bay leaves
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce

Soak red beans overnight and pour off water. Add 1 slice ham, diced, celery, bell pepper, onion, garlic and bay leaves. Cover with water and cook on simmer 2 hours. Add 1/2 stick butter, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce. Cook on simmer 1 hour more. Serve over rice.
