CRANBERRY CREAM SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 pkgs. gelatin
1 c. rose wine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. seedless grapes, chopped
3 bananas, sliced
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

In a 2 quart covered glass dish combine cranberries, strawberries and sugar. Microwave 6 to 8 minutes, until berries are tender. Dissolve gelatin in wine; add to hot berry mixture, stir. Pour mixture into large mixing bowl; add softened cream cheese; beat until smooth. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in remaining ingredients. Grease a 2 quart salad mold with mayonnaise and pour in mixture. Chill until firm. Unmold salad and place on lettuce lined plate.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
