FROZEN FRUIT CAKE SALAD 
1 c. sour cream
1/2 (4 1/2 oz.) container Cool Whip
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 med. bananas, diced
1/2 c. red and 1/2 c. green candied cherries, sliced
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Lettuce

In bowl, mix together sour cream, Cool Whip, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla. Fold in fruits and nuts. Turn into 4 1/2 cup ring mold. Freeze several hours or overnight. Unmold onto lettuce leaves. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
