MARINATED PORK TENDERLOIN 
MARINADE:

1/4 c. dark soy sauce
3 tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 tbsp. dry sherry
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1 tsp. brown sugar
Salt to taste

1-3 boneless whole pork tenderloins

Combine all ingredients for marinade in small bowl. Arrange pork in shallow pan and pour marinade over. Let stand at room temperature about 4 hours or refrigerate overnight. Turn occasionally.

Prepare grill or preheat broiler. Cook meat 4 inches from heat source, turning and basting several times until crisp, browned and cooked through, about 40 minutes. Slice pork thinly and serve immediately.
