CHICKEN FINGERS 
Chicken breast fillets, cut in strips lengthwise
1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix corn flake crumbs, Parmesan cheese, pepper and salt together. Dip breast in butter and roll in mix. Drizzle remaining butter over breast. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
