FORGOTTEN CHICKEN | |
4 chicken breasts 1 can celery soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can of water 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1 c. uncooked rice A little salt Place uncooked rice in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Combine celery and mushroom soups and water. Pour 1/2 of this over the rice and let stand 10 minutes. Place chicken over the rice, add remaining soup mixture. Top with dry onion soup. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Check after 1 1/2 hours. |
