STRAWBERRIES IN THE SNOW 
1 1/2 envs. Knox gelatin
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. sour cream
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
10 oz. frozen fresh strawberries

Mix gelatin with 1/4 cup water and let set. Add sugar and 1 cup boiling water to gelatin and let cool. Mix sour cream and Cool Whip and add gelatin mixture. Place in mold. Serve unmolded with dish of strawberries in center to spoon over top.
