GOLDEN ANGEL FOOD CAKE 
11 egg whites
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. cake flour
9 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla

Beat egg whites until foamy, add cream of tartar, beat until stiff, but not dry. Add sugar, a little at a time and beat. Fold in flour. Beat egg yolks until very light and fluffy. Fold in egg white mixture. Add vanilla. Pour into angel food pan.

Bake in 325°F oven for 1 hour or until done.
