WALNUT-CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 c. hot water
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix together. 2 tbsp. lemon juice Cold water

Drain the pineapple, saving juice. Add lemon juice and water to pineapple juice to make 1 2/3 cups. Add to gelatin. Chill until slightly thick.

Fold in: 1/2 c. diced celery 2/3 c. chopped raw cranberries and pineapple

Put in oiled 6-cup mold and chill at least 4 hours. Unmold on lettuce.
