1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. nondairy coffee creamer
1 1/2 c. instant cocoa mix for milk
2 3/4 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Store cocoa mix in an airtight container. To serve, place 1/3 cup mix in a cup. Add 1 cup boiling water, stir well. Yield: 5 cups mix.
