1 (11 oz.) Cremora
1 (8 qt.) box powdered milk
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 lb. can instant cocoa mix

Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix well. Fill a gallon container. To make a cup of cocoa, use 1/3 cup of mix to one cup of boiling water.
