2 3/4 c. instant non-fat dry milk powder
1 1/2 c. instant cocoa mix for milk
1/3 c. non-dairy coffee creamer
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Store cocoa mix in an air- tight container. To serve, place 1/3 cup mix in a cup. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir. Yield: 5 cups mix.
